Refund policy

Just keep hold of your receipt, tags, labels and original packaging on items and you can return items for a refund or exchange in any of our outlets.  For items bought at full price items may be exchanged within 30 days from purchase.  For Sale items - these are to be changed within 7 days.

Our Vouchers do not expire and these can be used in any of our outlets.

Should you wish to amend sizes on your order or wish to delete an item/add an item please contact us on matalanonline@camillerigroup.com and we will guide you accordingly, provided your order has not been prepared for delivery.

To gain/redeem Loyalty points for the Camilleri Group app kindly log in to the Loyalty portal from the bottom left hand side of the Home page.
